• Lockout Cone is used to lockout out the neck of a Gate Valve, once the Gate Valve wheel has been removed
• Ideal for unmanned or long term lockout in exposed areas
• Can be provided with chain welded on: Supplied with 2 x 1M chain
• Holes allow cone to be used with S806-ML Cable lockout device to get a latch tight lock onto isolation
